STEVE CAUFFMAN
President & Chief Operating Officer

Steve Cauffman has more than 20 years' experience in the building industry. Prior to joining PDI, Steve was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Richmond American Homes Southern California Division, and Director of Sales and Marketing for The Manning Company. He holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California and is a member of the California Building Industry Association.

 
 

NANCY HALL
Vice President of Business Development

Nancy Hall has over 15 years experience in model home interior merchandising and the building industry. She is a graduate of Cal State University Northridge and is a member of the California Building Industry Association and Sales and Marketing Councils in Southern and Northern California, as well as Nevada and Arizona.

DARLENE THOMAS
National Account Executive

Darlene Thomas is a 16-year veteran of the building industry. She previously served as a regional director of design for Richmond American Homes, Southern California. Darlene holds a degree in Business Administration from California State University of Dominquez Hills, and is currently completing ASID certification coursework at UCLA.

 
 

KATHLEEN CANEZ
Director of Creative Design

Kathleen Canez holds a degree in Interior Design from Cal State University Long Beach and is an ASID Allied member. She has over 10 years of experience with residential design and model home merchandising at Pacific Dimensions and has been the creative force behind many of the company’s award-winning communities.

ELIZABETH TRUESDELL
Director of Design Operations

Elizabeth “Liz” Truesdell has an extensive background in residential design, as well as model home merchandising. Liz, an ASID Allied member, has been a key contributor to PDI’s successful design vision for over eight years.

 
 

ALEX FEDERICO
Vice President of Finance

Alex Federico holds a dual degree in Accounting and Finance from Staten Island College in New York. A key member of the com­pany’s management team since 2001, Alex brings an extensive back­ground in corporate finance to PDI.

JENNIFER ELLING, CCIDC
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer Elling, founder and owner of Pacific Dimensions, has delivered keynote speeches at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference and her commentaries have appeared in Professional Builder, Builder Magazine, Builder and Developer and The Los Angeles Times. With over 28 years experience in the building industry, Jennifer's visionary approach to interior merchandising has led to national recognition for PDI and its team of design and marketing professionals.
