Steve Cauffman has more than 20 years' experience in the building industry. Prior to joining PDI, Steve was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Richmond American Homes Southern California Division, and Director of Sales and Marketing for The Manning Company. He holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California and is a member of the California Building Industry Association. |

Nancy Hall has over 15 years experience in model home interior merchandising and the building industry. She is a graduate of Cal State University Northridge and is a member of the California Building Industry Association and Sales and Marketing Councils in Southern and Northern California, as well as Nevada and Arizona. |

Darlene Thomas is a 16-year veteran of the building industry. She previously served as a regional director of design for Richmond American Homes, Southern California. Jennifer Elling,
founder and owner of Pacific Dimensions, has delivered keynote

With over 28 years experience in the building industry, Jennifer's
