These passions fueled our founder Jennifer and are the same ones that fuel the PDI team today. Meet the Team
Elizabeth is President of Pacific Dimensions, where she oversees all aspects of the company. Her commitment to developing industry-leading technical design standards, while continuously improving the company’s operations inspires the PDI team to consistently deliver their best. Elizabeth has been a vital part of the PDI team since 1998. Starting in the company’s tech department, she rose to the level of senior designer, then VP of Operations before ultimately being named President in 2015. She relates almost every life situation to an episode of Friends, and can deadlift more than her bodyweight.
Kathleen Canez, NCIDQ
Kathleen is VP of Creative Design, where she is responsible for creating PDI’s unique color and design vision, and for perfecting the craft of the entire design team through the charrette process. She has been a part of the award-winning team at PDI for 20 years. Beginning in the tech department, Kathleen ultimately became the company’s chief senior designer. She has a bachelor’s degree in interior design from California State University at Long Beach, is an NCIDQ certified interior designer, and serves on the company’s executive management team. An avid Foo Fighters fan, she enjoys snowboarding and camping in her free time.
Jennifer Hooper, CID
Founder and CEO Jennifer oversees initiatives related to design and interfaces with the company’s financial, sales and marketing management to ensure strategic growth. A champion of design excellence at Pacific Dimensions, she provides an insightful perspective on architectural plan critiques and also mentors the creative leadership team. Before forming PDI, she worked with Color Design Art, one of the companies widely credited with establishing the model home merchandising industry. Jennifer is CID certified by the California Council for Interior Design Certification and leads the company’s executive management team. A dark chocolate lover, she recently took up Muay Thai kickboxing and enjoys traveling in her free time.
Mariann brings 18 years of experience at KDG as a designer, technical director and project manager to her role as PDI’s Director of Residential and Commercial Design. Her role is multifaceted: from leading a team of professionals as project designer/manager/architectural designer/field supervisor on a broad range of project types, from ground up construction, to full service design. Mariann’s focus on solving complex design problems in today’s urban environments holds an emphasis on capturing timeless sophisticated design that meets the lifestyle and functional needs of her clients. She holds a Bachelor degree in Interior Design and minors in Architectural Design and Art. When she’s not working, you can find her at a yoga class, beach walking or training for her yearly backpacking trip.
National Sales Director Helen leads PDI in the development of successful and mutually beneficial relationships. With more than 15 years experience in the homebuilding industry, Helen joined PDI in 2010 as Regional Business Development Manager before being named National Sales Director in 2016. Prior to joining the PDI team, Helen was the VP of Sales and Marketing for dwellingLIVE. Helen is OSHA certified, a previous board member for HomeAid Orange and Ventura Counties, and was recently appointed to the advisory board for TecHome Builder. On the weekend, you will find her courtside, ocean side or field side supporting her three amazing boys.
Meghan manages a seamless model merchandising experience for builders in the Pacific Northwest. She joined PDI in 2001 as an intern, then assisted the founder Jennifer in the creative design department. Meghan progressed to designer before advancing to senior designer in 2009. Born and raised in Oregon, in 2017, she returned to the Pacific Northwest as Regional Account Manager. Outside the office, Meghan loves traveling, is a die-hard Seattle Seahawks fan and new mom to adorable baby boy Kipton. She is an avid Pinner on Pinterest and is excited to experience the Northwest foodie scene.
Lissa Heaton Severe
Regional Account Manager Lissa manages builder accounts for a seamless and successful model merchandising experience. A member of the PDI team since 2014, Lissa has nearly 30 years of marketing and merchandising experience for the home building industry. Before PDI, she was Senior VP at The Bernard Partnership, and earlier in her career, she was on the marketing team at Kaufman and Broad. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from California State University at Sacramento, was a 13-year board member of the Florsheim Brothers Foundation, and since 2004 is a volunteer committee member for HomeAid Northern California. In her free time, Lissa is often found hosting happy hour on the deck of her peaceful Northern California home, lovingly referred to as The Tree House.
Liv has an in-depth knowledge and vision for interior design that spans from design to CAD design to Project Management to Account Management. Having a well-rounded knowledge of her client’s needs and expectations result in an efficient and successful merchandising experience for our home builders. Liv is an active member of the BIA NextGen, PWBC and the HBACA. She thoroughly enjoys meeting and connecting with her fellow peers in the industry. In her free time, Liv loves beach days and traveling to England. Her adventurous treks down to Baja, California is where she recharges and gets inspired by the colors, craftsmanship and culture.
Controller Susan leads PDI’s accounting and human resources departments. With more than 20 years of experience in the accounting field, she worked for a big six accounting firm in New York City before moving to the west coast. She joined the PDI team in 2012 and serves on the company’s executive management team. Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pace University. This spreadsheet loving, self-proclaimed health nut spends her down time practicing archery and endurance cycling.
