Jennifer Elling, founder and owner of Pacific Dimensions, Inc. has over 30 years experience in the commercial and residential building industries, as well as custom residential environments. Her visionary approach to interior design has led to global recognition for PDI and its award-winning team of design professionals. Today, Jennifer continues to provide leadership and inspiration, maintaining the firm’s commitment to the highest standards of quality, business practice, and innovation.

NANCY HALL
Vice President of Marketing

Nancy Hall has more than 20 years experience in client relationships and marketing within the residential and commercial design field. As Vice President, she is instrumental in ensuring the company’s continued growth and diversity by leading the company’s business development initiatives. She is an active member of the California Building Industry Association and was honored with the President’s Award in 2008 for her service on the Board of Directors of the Sales and Marketing Council of Los Angeles/Ventura.

ELIZABETH TRUESDELL
Vice President of Design & Operations

Elizabeth "Liz" Truesdell oversees strategy and policy issues involving the company’s domestic and international initiatives. In conjunction with the firm’s senior leadership team, Liz is responsible for the company’s business enterprise and practices. She is a champion of design excellence at PDI where she serves as mentor to the design team and implements the professional development program. She is an ASID Allied Member and has contributed to the firm’s superior design standards and award-winning vision for over ten years.

KATHLEEN CANEZ
Vice President of Creative Design

Kathleen Canez has over twelve years of experience with residential and commercial design at PDI and has been the creative force behind many of the company’s multiple award-winning projects. Continually pushing the worldwide boundaries of interior and architectural design, she leads and manages the company’s design teams through all phases of the project, aligning the client’s personal vision and goals with the creative and technical processes. She is an ASID Allied Member.

DARLENE THOMAS
International Account Executive

Darlene Thomas is an 18-year veteran of the California Building Industry and previously served as a regional director of design for a major national home builder. As international account executive for PDI, she is involved from the inception of the project beginning with planning and programming, through the presentation, project management, and installation stages. Throughout the process, Darlene maintains close interface with clients, the design team, and field personnel to ensure goals are achieved.

LAURIE MENELEY
Representative – Northern California Region

Laurie Meneley brings over 25 years of experience in the California building industry to PDI and was previously marketing manager with Ponderosa Homes. She is a leader in account development for PDI’s Northern California residential and commercial divisions, as well as the company’s regional strategic planning and positioning.
