Calloway Park is a beautiful, new home community for entry-level buyers in Bakersfield, California. Plan 1 is one of three models that we merchandised for them. We really love how this plan came together and has such an open, airy feeling. Plus, those curtains. Swoon worthy!

For The Belford (plan 2), we designed a colorful, mid-century modern scheme. Through the use of geometrics, mid-century inspired furnishings, and of-the-moment grey finishes, we created a cheerful great room full of personality.

Plan 1 at TRI Pointe’s Linear at Alameda Landing is styled as a bachelor pad condo. We used masculine colors and fabrics combined with dark accent tiles and flooring to create an environment that feels welcoming but is distinctly manly.
