Alta Del Mar, by Pardee Homes, is a luxury new home community nestled on a plateau overlooking the coastal Carmel Valley in San Diego, California. We merchandised nearly 16,000 square feet across three detached, single-family residences.

Alta Del Mar was the recipient of several awards, including Plan 3 for both Best Interior Merchandising of a Detached Home Over 4,000 Square Feet at the SoCal Awards as well as Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Over 5,000 Square Feet at The Nationals.
