Jasmine | Ovation at Flora Park

Jasmine | Ovation at Flora Park by William Lyon Homes is an Active Adult Community located within the charming city of Cypress, CA. The focus of this community is for its residents to live vibrantly, independently, and socially without the restraint of being boxed into a cookie-cutter home. We took that vision as inspiration and brought it to life.

We merchandised approximately 7,200 square feet across four attached models. Each model is designed with the lifestyle of the 55+ buyer in mind.

Residence 11 and 14 were finalists in the category “Best Interior Merchandising of an Attached Home Plan” for Greater SMC’s 2018 SoCal Awards.
