The Estates at Del Sur

The Estates at Del Sur is a gated, luxury new home community situated atop the coastal hills of Del Sur along Black Mountain. For CalAtlantic Homes, we provided interior design and merchandising for three stately, single-family residences totaling more than 18,000 square feet.

The Estates at Del Sur was the recipient of numerous awards, including Plan 1X’s Silver Award for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced over $1.5 Million at The Nationals. Plan 1X was also a finalist for Best Interior Merchandising of a Home Over $2 Million at the SoCal Awards, and Plan 3 was a finalist for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Over 4,000 Square Feet at the ICON Awards.
