Meet the Team

  • Elizabeth Truesdell

    Elizabeth is President of Pacific Dimensions, where she oversees all aspects of the company. Her commitment to developing industry-leading technical design standards, while continuously improving the company’s operations inspires the PDI team to consistently deliver their best. Elizabeth has been a vital part of the PDI team since 1998. Starting in the company’s tech department, she rose to the level of senior designer, then VP of Operations before ultimately being named President in 2015. She relates almost every life situation to an episode of Friends, and can deadlift more than her bodyweight.

  • Kathleen Canez, NCIDQ

    Kathleen is VP of Creative Design, where she is responsible for creating PDI’s unique color and design vision, and for perfecting the craft of the entire design team through the charrette process. She has been a part of the award-winning team at PDI for 20 years. Beginning in the tech department, Kathleen ultimately became the company’s chief senior designer. She has a bachelor’s degree in interior design from California State University at Long Beach, is an NCIDQ certified interior designer, and serves on the company’s executive management team. An avid Foo Fighters fan, she enjoys snowboarding and camping in her free time.

  • Jennifer Hooper, CID

    Founder and CEO Jennifer oversees initiatives related to design and interfaces with the company’s financial, sales and marketing management to ensure strategic growth. A champion of design excellence at Pacific Dimensions, she provides an insightful perspective on architectural plan critiques and also mentors the creative leadership team. Before forming PDI, she worked with Color Design Art, one of the companies widely credited with establishing the model home merchandising industry. Jennifer is CID certified by the California Council for Interior Design Certification and leads the company’s executive management team. A dark chocolate lover, she recently took up Muay Thai kickboxing and enjoys traveling in her free time.

  • Helen Rettberg

    As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Helen leads PDI’s Business Development and Marketing teams focusing on growth and identifying new opportunities. Originally joining PDI in 2010 as an account manager, Helen has played an integral role in the growth of PDI on a national level. Helen has over 25 years of experience in the home building industry and a demonstrated history in the design and new home building sector. She is OSHA certified, and a previous board member for HomeAid Orange and Ventura Counties.

  • Lissa Heaton Severe

    Regional Account Manager Lissa manages builder accounts for a seamless and successful model merchandising experience. A member of the PDI team since 2014, Lissa has nearly 30 years of marketing and merchandising experience for the home building industry. Before PDI, she was Senior VP at The Bernard Partnership, and earlier in her career, she was on the marketing team at Kaufman and Broad. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from California State University at Sacramento, was a 13-year board member of the Florsheim Brothers Foundation, and since 2004 is a volunteer committee member for HomeAid Northern California. In her free time, Lissa is often found hosting happy hour on the deck of her peaceful Northern California home, lovingly referred to as The Tree House.

  • Roseli Kim

    Roseli began her career the fashion industry in her native country of Brazil. Holding a BA in interior design, she joined the PDi team in 2004 and has continued to grow in her career with the company designing outstanding projects from entry-level to luxury-living. In her role as design manager, Roseli oversees the design team and is an integral part of the vision and inspiration of PDi’s award winning designs. Working closely with, and mentoring our design team, Roseli brings a wealth of experience to our work and is at the forefront of new design trends as well new products and furniture stylings. Roseli enjoys gardening and spending time at home with her husband and three daughters.
